My parents co-owned one for over three decades. I went the tech route, spent years building complex operational systems, and eventually brought the two worlds together.

I built Shirer Automation because I watched how much of an agent's day gets eaten by manual data entry, document handling, and administrative work. Hours that should be spent with clients and closing business, gone to paperwork.
